Hilton London Hyde Park Hotel

Nice place with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and in-room breakfast. The staff helped me return documents I left behind. I appreciate cheerful service like Hoda and Sarah provided. I'm coming back for Christmas!

An iron and a kettle in the room and the lovely bed. Unbeatable location in a great area, close to a theater and a palace.

The easy location was so close to Queensway Tube. We dined at a very nice nearby restaurant with French dishes: D

The place was immaculately clean, I booked the double room with city views, everything was perfect. Functional bathrooms, that included a bath. The location was easy, only 5 minutes walk to The Globe.

Everything at the Bar & Restaurant - Food & service

Service outside the Bar & Restaurant sucks. After check-in the staff hardly greet any guests. The lobby area is so small and they can not miss guests going in & out but they choose to remain silent. As paying guests we like to be seen to be alive and we dont expect them to go out of their way. Even a smile or nod could have sufficed.

the quality, courtesey and co-operation of thge entire staff were second to none. any request was fulfilled in a very fast and satisfactory manner.nothing as too much trouble

Our deluxe room facing the park was lovely. The location was excellent and the staff were all most courteous and helpful at all times. A back facing room might not have felt so good though.

The hot items in the breakfast buffet should have had lids to keep them warm.

Couldn't recommend more for a flying visit

Comfortable room, convenient location, with easy access to Queensway station and a good breakfast that caters to various tastes.

Magnificent central location next to the more touristy areas with easy access to bus stops. The breakfast was savoury and warm with omelets made to order, European touches plus toast, excellent service.

THe location was excellent. it was just two stops from oxford circus by tube and ten minutes by bus and the bust stop was right in front of the hotel. THere were very nice restaurants nearby. the concierge and the front desk people were extremely helpful and friendly and the rooms were quite big as compared to other london hotels.

The location is very good but the hotel was very old the bathroom is not good clean

The location is pretty sweet, right across from hyde park. Staff were nice, always said hi. The room was clean enough, and i had a comfy sleep.

Breakfast was good value

The room overlooked scaffolding directly outside the small window. Bathroom had mould on the tiles aroung the bath and shower.

Excellent location, courteous staff, and clean facilities, but not quite up to the usual Hilton standards. The rooms are small and the common areas are crampy too.

The rooms are too small, and the faciities and services are in my view below the Hilton standard.
